PRISONERS SENTENCED

AT AUCKLAND SESSIONS. FEB TRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, February 21. Several prisoners were sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day. Tukarawa. Pomare, alias David Clark, for breaking and entering -with theft was ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for three years. Charles Patrick McAlister, for theft, was sent to gaol for twelve months, the sentence to be followed by three years' reformative treatment. John Jenkins, a man with a had record, got twelve months' gaol for theft, and was declared an habitual criminal, whilo Frederick George Smith ! for theft, was ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for three years.
