LTD ANNUAL MEETING (Extended Report Published by Arrangement.) The thirty-second annual meeting; of shareholders of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Ltd., was held in the company's offices, Hereford street, Christchuroh, on Thursday, February sth. Mr H. A. Knight (chairman of directors) presided. REPORT AND BALANCE-SHEET. The following was the report of the directors^— The directors have pleasure in presenting to shareholders the balance-sheet and profit and loss account for the year ended October 31st, 1919. During the year proposals, providing for a substantial increase of tho capital of the company, wero submitted to and approved of by shareholders. The accounts now before you show the much

The vacancy thus created has been filled by the appointment of Mr R. Hill Fisher. Tho director retiring by rotation is Mr William Murray, wlio. Being eligible, offers himself for re-election.
