To-night at the concert chamber of the Town Hall Mr CV Jinarajadasa, M.A., is to deliver a lecture entitled "Child Welfare iit a Model Municipality." The lecturer Trill deal with the matter fully, and will be aided by lantern slides showing the child welfare scheme m actual operation at Bradford, England. This lecture is said to hare attracted crowded audiences everywhere, and all those interested in this matter should hear this discourse.
