To-night at the concert chamber of the Town Hall Mr CV Jinarajadasa, M.A., is to deliver a lecture entitled "Child Welfare iit a Model Municipality." The lecturer Trill deal with the matter fully, and will be aided by lantern slides showing the child welfare scheme m actual operation at Bradford, England. This lecture is said to hare attracted crowded audiences everywhere, and all those interested in this matter should hear this discourse. Owing to delay in. shipping, JUj- Jinarajndasa will be enabled to give a final lecture at the Town Hall next Sunday evening.
