Australian and N.2. Cable Association. (Received February 9, 9.20 p.m.) PARIS, February 6. The international Boxing Union has resolved to decide the amateur world's championship at the Antwerp Olympia. (Received February 9. 10.25 p.m.) PARIS, Febranry 6. At the first meeting of the International Boxing Union, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Holland and Brazil were represented. It was decided to fix the headquarters at London and invito the Prince of Wales to become president.
