A LENGTHY LIST THIRTY-ONE APPLICATIONS; NINE 'DEFENDED ACTIONS. Thirty-cue applications for dissolution of marriage have been filed for adjudication at tho forthcoming civil session, which will to opened on Monday. Of the cases, eight defended actions will bo heard before a judge and a, jury of twelve, and one before a judge alone. . Tho cither 22 petitions will not ho defended.
