Tho toy-dog show a t Newtown came to a successful conclusion on Saturday evening. During tho afternoon there was a performance for trick dogs. Miss R.MoG ill's Pomeranian did some smart things, thereby securing first prizo, and tho second prizo went to Mr Looner's French poodle. The special prizes were presented to successful exhibitors by Mrs S. H. Itastall. Mr p. Fbipson (president) thanked the judgos and stewards for thoir valued services. Ho also called on tho secretary to accept a handsomo present, which he handed over on behalf of tho committee at the same time speaking in high terms of tho work Mr Rastall had done on bc- ! half of the toy-dog fanciers of WelHngiton.
