INTERNED CARGO
AUSTRIAN STEAMER ORSOVA. At the outbreak of war the Austrian steamer Orsova was interned it the Dutch East Indies, and importers have up to the present been unable to obtain delivery of their shipments bj the vessel. The Wellington Chamber of Commerce yesterday received this following cablegram from the Sydney Chamber of Commerce: “Following cable received to-day from Scheepsagentuur, Padang: ' Former Austrian steamer Orsova taken over Allied maritime transport council under Italian control. Italian captain willing deliver cargo found aboard originally dfestined Australian ports. Cargo must be warehoused Padang, and disposed of within one w'eek. Reply immediately. Suggest consignees communicate direct."
