.lu'M-ralian and N.Z. enable Asaociatlon(Received November 5, 11.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN, November 4. The combination of tho South-west Diamond Alines under the auspices of an Anglo-American corporation controlled by Mr Pierpont Aforgan is confirmed. Hie interests of the Deutsche KoloniaJe Gesellschaft are also provisionally in the pool. A new company with three and a half millions capital will be registered at Capetown under the title of tho Consolidated Diamond Alines of South-West Africa. Hie result is that the control is changed from Berlin to South Africa.
