VON DER OOLTZ AND THE MILITARY MISSION. (Reuter’s Telegram.) BERLIN. September 28. The "Taglischo Iluudschau” states that the chief of the Allied Military Mission requested von der Goltz to furnish a list of Gqrman,soldiers guilty, of unlawful acts in Courland. Von der Goltz insolently refused and threatened to break intercourse and expel any Eng. lishmon in territory still occupied by German troops. .
