LONDON PEACE LIGHTS ABANDONED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, July 11. The electricians have already discontinued the preparatory work for tho Peace celebrations. (Received July 13, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 11. The Government’s Peace illuminations have been abandoned owing to the electricians’ attitude.
