Council of Three on" Monday, provides that the United States, Prance, Italy, ■ and Japan shall each have two representatives on the International Board of control- .Britain will hare one, and each of the Dominions one. Each of* tte other countries will also have one. ■ftp is claimed' that' the : Dominions’ interests are thus pfotected.
