TRAINS EMBEDDED IN SNOW. DRIFTS. Ar.strn.lian and N.Z. Cnble Association. (Received February -21, 10.40 p.m.) LONDON, February 18. Severe snow and rain storms aro sweeping Britain. Trains are embedded in drifts in Derbyshire. The Thames rose five feet in twenty-four hours.
