ENEMY ALIENS IN BRITAIN
BILL TO BE INTRODUCED INTO PARLIAMENT. Eautcr'a Toloernms. (Received Fobruary 20, 8 p.m.) LONDON, Fobruary 19. Mr E. Shortt, Minister for Home Affairs, stated that a bill dealing with deportation and tho exclusion of undesirable aliens is to bo introduced into Parliament shortly. If it was truo that over 20,000 cnomv and other aliens wero at present in Rotterdam waiting with tho object of returning to England as soon as Peace is signed, his present adoquato powers of excluding aliens would bo used.
