NATIONALIST DEPUTATION BOYCOTTED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Aesoclation. (Received February 10, 11 p.m.) CAPETOWN, February 15. The Durham Ovst'e sailed without the Nationalist deputation, the crew refusing to take them. Tho Nationalist deputation intended proceeding to England in connection with the South African independence movement.
