In an action for possession of a tenement Ada Keating was ordered to give' up ito John Albort Henry Schwass by October 10th. In a judgment summons case James M.cCrea, wad ordered to pay Radford and Company the. sum of £o 9s by October 3rd, in default to bo imprisoned for five day.-*.
