FRENCH MISSION
ARRIVES IH SYDNEY TIDINGS OF CERTAIN ALLIED VICTORY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyright (Received September 10, 10.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, September 10. The French Mission, including General Pan and Dr Andre Siegfried, author of “Democracy in New Zealand,” has arrived. General Pan brings tidings of certain victory, although he thinks the end is not. yet in sight. Regarding the present battle, the enemy may hold the Allies, but will not be &ble to stand indefinitely.
