Yesterday’s sitting of tlio Second Military Service Board was one of the longest on record. The board commenced business at 10 a.m., and finished up at 5.20 p.m. The long sitting no doubt accounted for non-ap-p J ranees on the part of several rosorvists who had wearied of the long sitting and let tihedr appeals wait. Tlio number of cases dealt with was not exceptionally largo, about 45 appeals being disposed of.
