LONDON, Juno 19. Mrs Stuart, a witness in the Billing trial, has been arrested. She is accused of marrying a motor-omnibus driver named Bray in 1913, who is now fighting in Franco, and of bigamoudly marrying Captain Stuart in July, 1917, alleging tnat Bray was killed in August, 1914.
