Defendant was sent to prison for three months. Thomas Reeves, whose record showed that ho had a penchant for using bad language when drunk, appeared to answer a chstrtre of assaulting Thomas Weatlierbiirn. barman at the Pier Hotel. Thy evidence showed that the defendant entered the bar of the Pier Motel and annoyed persons to whom he was unknown.
