Sir, —Lest my action, in - withdrawing from the Kerehoma Commission, at what appears to bo tho eleventh hour, should bo misinterprotod, will you pormit me to state that as long ago as March 30th last, I informed Sir John Findlay, Sir Joseph Ward, and Mr Morison, K.C., of my intention so to do.
