INTERESTING REPORT BY TRAMWAYS MANAGER. A return showing tho number of tramway accidents to persons, and collisions with cars and vehicles which have occurred during the last three years in tho city was presented to tho City Council last night by Mr W. H. Morton, general manager of tho tramways. Ho states although there has been an increase in the number of collisions during the last two years, tho accidents to persons have decreased from 11.24 per million passengers carried in 1915 to 3.75 for last eyar, which Is very satisfactory considering tho overloading that has prevailed and the large number of new employees on the cars.
