Ferguson (chairman of the National Efficiency Board) to a "Times” reporter yesterday, when referring to tho question of harvest labour. Air Ferguson said that from tho information to hand it would appear that tho disabilities which were apparent at the outset are diminishing, farmers finding little difficulty in securing help for the. harvesting.
