TO BE HELD ON MONDAY. 5000 NAMES WANTED. The next ballot under the Military Sen vice Act is to bo hold on Monday (November 26th), when some names will be drawn iron. Class A ot the Second Division of tho Expeditionary Force Reserve. Tho list of names will be published probably on Tuesday, December 4th, or Wednesday, December sth.
