Control Circuit. —Groups 5,6, 8, 12, 18, 20, and 21. Southern Oircnit;—Groups 9, 10, 11, 13. 14, 15, and 16. Tho undermentioned officers have been appointed rcoruiting_ inspecting officers for the following circuits, with headquarters at Wellington, as from tho dates specified against their names: Northern Circuit. —Lieutenant J.
