Eraser was ordered to pay C. Smith. Ltd., £5 3s forthwith or serve fourteen days in gaol; K. A. Lazarus to pay N.Z. Automatic Bakeries, Ltd., X 33 18s 9d, bv instalments ct £i per month, in default to go to prison for two months.
