END OF MAHSUDS TROUBLE. Renter's Telegrams. SIMLA, August 12. The Mahsuds have complied with the Government’s terms. Three thousand assembled and took the oath of peace, and General Monro (Commander-m-Chicf in India) has ordered the dispersal of the troops acting against them.
