To the Editor “N.Z. Times.” Sir,—l see Mr Massey has said that we must give our last man and our last shilling to the war. I had throe sons. Two have been killed and one is wounded. Mr Massey has sons. How many has he sent to the front? 1 read that one was being trained for tho staff. Where are me others? Sir Joseph Ward has sons. How many of them are in the fighting line? The Hon. Q. IV. Russell has sons. How many has he exposed to danger? I believe one of them was an attendant on a hospital ship. Surely there should bo something like equality of sacrifice.—! am. etc., A WIDOWED MOTHER.
