At the weekly sale at the Millar s road saleynrds, Dannevirke, on Friday, we offered a good yarding of sheep and a few peps of cattle. Sheep showed an improvement on former prices, whilst cattle changed hands at former prices. We quote—Catllo—Cows in calf .63 ss, empty cows £7 15s, Sheep—Good breeding ewes up to 40s, 2-tooth ewes in lamb 34s 6d. ewe hoggets 245. m.s. hoggets 23s Bd, small lines down to 10s.
