NEGOTIATIONS FOR SHIPMENT. By Teiegraph—Proas Association—Copyrigbl (Received July 18, 10.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 18. Negotiations are proceeding for- tho export of 10,000 tons of butter. Details are not available, although it is understood that the proposal includes sufficient refrigerated shipping space for even a greater quantity. It is expected that 300,000 cases will lie available for export before tho end of tho year.
