QUEENSLAND LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
ABOLITION REFERENDUM ILLEGAL. By Telegraph—Pyeas Association—Copyright BRISBANE, April 30. The Full Court has granted an injunction against taking the proposed referendum for the abolition of the Legislative Council. The court held that it was illegal to take a referendum in, conjunction with the Federal elections.
