It was announced by the Alayor (Air J. P. Luke), at last night’s meeting of the City Council, that, acting upon a suggestion, to-day would he celebrated as America’s entry into the war by the flying of flags bearing the Stars and Stripes. He would invite all business' firms to fly such ensigns at the mastheads ot their business premises.
