RESODUTION TO~MAKE BY-LAWS OPERATE. nnHE Hntt County Council hereby resolves that Paid: 2 of Chapter 2 of the by-laws which came into force on the Ist day of June, 1905, shall be applicable to that part of the County of Hutt., called th© Plimmerton Sanitary District, that is to say Commencing on the sea beach at the north-westeni corner of the Motuhara Block in Block 5, Paekakariki Survey District, thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary and easterly along the northern boundary of the said Motuhara Block to its northeasternmost corner and the point of intersection with the Porirua Track thence generally southerly along the said Pukerua Track to its point of • intersection with the north-eastern boundary of the late Plimmerton Road District, thence generally south-easterly along the said north-eastern boundary and southerly along the eastern boundary and easterly along the north-eastern boundary to .the shores of Porirua Harbour, then generally southerly-westerly and northerly along the shores of the said Porirua Harbour and the sea coast to the point of commencement. And directs that this resolution shall bo submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at a meeting of the Council to be held at 10 o’clock on the 13th day of March, 1917, at the County Offices.
