BY-LAW CASES. The following lines were inflicted for breaches of by-laws: —Harold Boon, failing to attach number to motor-car, costs 7s; Henry Leader, sweeping dust across costs 7s; Arthur William Scoullar, neglecting to stop mo-tor-car when requested, 10s and costs.
