MUST TASS BOARD OF CENSORS. By Telegraph —Press Association —Copyright MELBOURNE, February 23. From March Ist the importation of cinematograph films will be prohibited without the consent of the Minister for Customs. All films, before being exhibited must ho approved by tho Board of Censors.
