Press Association. HAWKRA, February 23. Tho Military Appeal Board to-day received a reply from tho SolicitorGeneral with reference to tho appeal of Frederick Anett on the ground that ho is an alien. Tho SolicitorGeneral stated that tho appellant having been born in Zealand 13 a natural-horn British subject, and a reservist. Tho nationality of tho parents is immaterial. The appeal was dismissed.
