The Assembly decided to suspend the Stending Orders to enable the Day-light-Saving Bill to pass all stages at one sitting. te In the Assembly, the Chief Secretary (Mr Fuller) stated that the, DaylightSaving Bill provided that from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in March next, clock time will be advanced by one hour.
