To-day at 2.30 p.m. Messrs Harcourt and Co. will submit by public auction at their rooms, 195, Lambton quay, the •subdivision of tho Allen street estate. Marital, which has been cut up into 22 building sites ranging in area from 10 perches to 26 acres- On three of these sections seaside cottages are erected. At the _same. time they will also offer two sections on the Marine Parade and section 83, Tuatoni -road, Eastbourne. , ' E. Johnston and Co. will sell by auction a quantity of household furniture and effects at 10.30 this morning. . H. E. Leighton will sell by auction on December 22nd a farm property containing 974 acres. The property comprises flat and hilly country, ring-fenced, subdivided and well watered by permanent streams. It is situated some two miles from Belmont station and has a frontage to the Belmont-Haywards road.
