The steamer Rijndam, when in the Bay of Biscay on Sunday, received the. S.O-S. call from tho American four-masted vessel Mangareva, which was helpless and all her, boats gone. The Itijndam , and another steamer proceeded at full-speed to the spot, but found no sign of the Mangareva.
