SAN FRANCISCO EXPLOSION
INCRIMINATORY PAPERS
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Audust 1, 9 p.m.) NEW YORK. August 1.
Police investigation of the San Francisco explosion disclosed that it was intended to hurl a bomb from a roof among the railway employees who refused to join the strike. The impossibility that it could reach the intended portion of the parade caused a change of plans. In the panic, a man with a bomb in a suit-case left it on a sidewalk, and papers seized establish the guilt of the arrested.
