It being the second anniversary of the declaration of war, a patriotic meeting will be held in the Town Hall next Friday. Among the speakers will be the Bight Hon. W. F. The delegatee to the recent conference of representatives of the Returned Soldiers' Association express keen appreciation of the generous treatment accorded them bv the Mayor and citizens of Wellington daring their stay in the city.
