SATURDAY’S GAMES.
On account of the bad weather prevailing at the week-end th© ladies hockey matches had to be postponed. The men’s matches were played. In a well-contested game between Karori and Y.M.C.A.. the former won by 4 goals to 3. Scorers for Karon were Cooper (2), Sunley and Kilmmster; and for. Y.m.C A. Andrews, Bascant, and Bateman. __ . ... Hutt Valley defeated University by 15 goals to nil. F. Lusty (II), Smith, Thorp, Fraser and Lusty notched the goals. In this match the winners had it all their own way, a s may be seen by the score recorded. The losers lack the combination of Hntt Valley.
