VERDICT FOE THE NEWSPAPER. Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, February 5. In the Supremo Court tho libel action, in which Garnet Saunders, pic-ture-theatre manager, sued Henry Weston, proprietor of tho “Taranaki Herald,” for £IOOO, was concluded late last night, after a two days’ hearing. The jury found for defendants on ali counts, and tho court awarded costs according to scale against plaintiff. Tho action arose out of correspondence concerning kinemacolonr pictures and theatre management.
