Tho big shows of Wirth Bros.', Ltd., are announced to visit Wellington on Monday next, and will be located near To Aro Railway SUtion. A prograinma of exceptional merit is being presented. The .Royal Wirth family and Captain Hiding's performing seals are at the head of the bill The Tormer have jusi returned homo after a tour round the world, lasting five years. With them is Miss■ May Martin Wirth, whoso career as a rider has been triumphant. She is an Australian girl, who received her early training with the Wirth Bros.' huovt. The act in which the family appear is called "A Circne Modern," and ie a delightful number. Captain Hiding's seals are said to ha the most wonderfully trained animals that liave ever been presented to an Australian pnblio. They juggle with balls and bars in a marvellous manner, walk the tight-ropo and ride a pony, juggling tho while. They also play tunes on a set of electric 'bells, and then they all combine in "The Seal Band." The Loretta Twins are the only two lady bar performers in tho world. Their performance is graceful and' clever, and they accomplish f«»ats that few men can equal. Louvain. on t'4? aerial wire, has many new tilings to show, and the Emestonians and Novikoffs, in their aerinl act, are clever toeyond the ordinary. Mus6a Marnier gives a gTaphio exposition of the Cossack modes of warfare, and does wonderful things while his horse is at tho gallop. A group of young Australian bred lions, the first ever bom and trained in tho country, are of more thnr< ordinary interest. The zoo is to be open from 4 P.m. to 5 p.m. daily, at a nominal fee, and Mi' interesting sight is tho feeding of the seals and sea-lions. There will be matinees on Wednesday and Saturday.
