TRANSFERS NOTIFIED. The annual retreat of tk© Marisfc Brothers, of the whole, of the Dominion has juet concluded in. Auckland. Brother Clement, Provincial of the Marist Brothers' Order for Australasia, presided over tho meeting at the: conclusion of the retreat, and notified the following transfers: — ' * Brother Alphonso, director- of the Secred Heart College, Auckland, to 1-iji, hi* place here being taken by Brother' Benignns; Brother deorge, transferred to Australia; Brother- Luke, from, the Sacred Heart, to Thorndon, Wellington;" Bro Phelan, du«ctor o-t Vermont street, to be sub-director of the Sacred Heart College; Brother Henriek, •. transferred from. Vermont 6treet to Wanganui;, Brother Emichan, from Vermont street to Tasman 6treet School, Wellington; Brother Justin, late director Wanganui, goes to Greymouth; Brother Zazarius, from Wanganui to .Vermont street; Brother Basil, director at Wellington, is to be director at Wanganui; Brother Palladius goes from Napier to be director at Christohurch; Brother Paul is to be director at Napier, and Brother Donnatos is transferred from Wellington to Timaru; Brother Fidelia goes from Wanganui to Christchurch; Brothers Methodius and Boniface both go to Australia, and Brother Calixtus, director at Christchurch, is to be director at Vermont street; Brother Jarlath, of Christchurch, goes to Wanganui; Brother Leo, of Christchurch. is transferred to Invercargill, Brother Alfred, of Greymouth, is to be director at Invercargill, and Brother Anselm, of Inyercargill, -will be director at Christchurch. Several vacancies in the various I'Oubss of the' Dominion are to be filled by brothers from Australia. Brother Clement left for Australia by Vhe Makura <n Monday night.
