NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given . that at a , - Special Meeting ot the Wellington City Council, held on the 30th day of September, 1915, the following resolution j was passed:— ; , ■ 1 The Wellington City Council in pur-j suanco and exercise /of the powers i i vested in it by “Tlio Municipal Corporations Act, 1908/’ and its amendments, and of all other powers enabling I it in that behalf, doth hereby resolve by way of special order: 1. (To accept surrenders of Leases 1 registered Numbers 2581 and 26X8 ■■■>: from the tenant,. E. VV. Mills and Co., Ltd., the surrenders to take ■ effect on November Ist, 1915. 2. To grant to the surrenderor new Leases in lieu of the surrendered leases. The Lease granted in lieu of Lease registered Number 2581 will commence on November Ist, 1915, and expire on May Ist, 1916. The lease granted in lieu of lease registered Number 2619 will commence, on November.. Ist, .1915, and will expire on June Ist. 1916. 3. Both new leases will contain the same provisions as axe contained in the existing leases, with the following variations: — (1) There shall be no building covenant in the new lease; (2) The terms, of renewal to which the tenant shall be entitled shall be terras of twenty-one years in lieu of .terms of fourteen years.
