AA ? hen a young man named George Albert McNicholi appeared before Mr AV G. Hiddell, S.M-, in tlio Magistrate's Court yesterday to answer a charge of assaulting one James Ale-' Ilveen, Inspector Hendrey said that the man alleged to have been assaulted was that morning at the dentists having his teeth seen to, as he had lost several of them. A remand until September 24th was granted, and bail was fixed at £lO.
