A BURGLAR SENTENCED

George Young, a tailor, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for breaking into Surgeon-General Ryan s room at the Rembrandt Hotel, and demanding money. Mrs Ryan, ivho -was alone at the time, called her husband, principal medical officer of the Victorian Military Forces, who, after a fierce struggle, secured Young.
