MARTON, September 2. * The Rangitikei Hunt Club’s steeplechase meeting was held to-day on the Marten course. ■ The going was rather holding, but the meeting was a success? LADIES’ BRACELET, of 55 sovs; one mile and a-quarter.—l Merry Jack, 11.13 (M. Beatson), 1; 3 Ringey, 11.7, 2; 6 Montalvo, 11.2. 3.
