PETROGRAD, July 6,

Russia has apologised to Sweden for a shell Hying over Ossergarn Island, Gottland, and dropping 200yds along the shore. The incident, which took place during the naval engagement on July 2nd, was duo to fog or an accidental ricochet of a shot fired by either Russian or German artillery.
