A CAMPAIGN By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 7, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON', July 7. A meeting of members of the House of Commons initiated a national campaign to urge masters and workers on munition contracts as to the vital importance of producing the utmost quantity. Mr Lloyd George said that, if the war was to be won in a moderate period, there must be a great increase in the number of skilled workers and unskilled female labour.
